Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including your tracking number.

SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES We partner with selected premium couriers (including Poste Italiane and international partners) to ensure the safe and timely delivery of our garments. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Italy: 1 - 2 business days.

• European Union: 3 - 5 business days.

• Rest of the World (USA, UK, etc.): 5 - 7 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations or customs processing outside of our control.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES For orders shipped outside the European Union (e.g., United States, United Kingdom, etc.), the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. SACRA FAMILIA is not responsible for these additional charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer. If the customer refuses to pay these charges, the package will be returned to us, and any return shipping fees or unpaid taxes will be deducted from the final refund.
